As a full-service caterer, there’s not much we can’t
do. Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, we cater throughout
the city and the region, and operate a full-service
mobile kitchen for off-site events. In addition, we have
a large staff and the resources to handle events of
almost any size. Just let us know what you need and we
can make it happen.
What makes our catering so special requires a more
detailed explanation. Like many chefs across South
Louisiana, Chef Bergeron shares the rich cultural and
culinary tradition of the region along with over twenty
years of cooking experience. However, Chef Bergeron has
spent years as an international ambassador of Cajun
cooking for the Louisiana Office of Tourism, traveling
across the U.S. and to over 25 countries in North and
South America, Europe and Asia. With each stop, he is
introduced to a variety of styles, food pairings and
techniques that he brings back to Louisiana much to the
delight of his loyal customers. One taste of his
international specialties like “Mexican Roasted Corn
Guacamole,” “Spicy Korean Tuna Tartar,” or
Milan-inspired “Bruschetta of Thyme-infused Cherry
Tomatoes with Shaved Parmesan” and you’ll realize he
